JetBlue, Uber for Enterprise Associate for Disruption Companies

JetBlue has partnered with Uber for Business to provide complimentary Uber vouchers to customers who experience qualified travel disruptions, the companies announced Tuesday.

To qualify, the delay or cancellation must be within JetBlue’s control and meet certain criteria, including delays three hours or longer from scheduled departure times or a cancellation that is due to a “controllable irregularity which results in the customer not being accommodated until the following day.” The voucher will be for ground transportation between the airport and a “local airport-area hotel.”

The program is available where JetBlue operates in the United States. The companies plan to expand the offering internationally “in the months to come” to airports in Paris, London and Amsterdam, as well as other destinations in North America, South America and the Caribbean.
