Lucy & La Mer has recently released a sincere and heartfelt single titled “Ice Cream”, it explores the joys and fears of falling in love, particularly for individuals who struggle with anxiety. In the words of Lucy herself, “As an anxious person, I’m constantly overthinking in relationships. Like, what if they find out that I’m not what they thought? What if I get insecure and sabotage the whole thing?!” For people with anxiety, falling in love can be a beautiful and exciting experience, but it can also bring about feelings of constant worry and fear.
