Learn how to Make Scrumptious Bitter Cream Waffles With Peaches

Homemade waffles for breakfast or brunch always are special with all the different toppings and ways to enjoy them. These light and fluffy sour cream waffles are spectacular, especially made as Belgian waffles with deep pockets for drizzling sweet maple syrup and sliced peaches over. These delights have a crisp exterior with a soft waffle interior and delicious taste. Therefore, let me share one of the best waffle recipes that you’ll ever come across.

Why You’ll Love This Waffle Recipe

In addition to being delectable, this recipe is easier to make than many other homemade waffles. The reason is the batter is thicker due to the sour cream. This texture makes a difference because the batter stays put better in the waffle maker than ones with a looser consistency.

If you have any leftovers, you can store them in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave. You also can pop them in the toaster. These will taste just as good. In fact, I always like to make extra just for this purpose. If you need less, then just cut the ingredients in half.

Furthermore, there are so many ways to savor these waffles. Besides syrup, you can add fresh fruit or berries or canned peaches or pears. You can also make a dessert and top with whipped cream or pour on some pudding. However, you can also toast them and make a tasty sandwich for lunch with cheese, sliced ham and lettuce or even peanut butter and jelly.

Waffle lovers should definitely try this recipe for sour cream waffles because it is special. Please it with your family and friends if you love it too. Honestly, I think you will be glad that you stumbled on this one upon sampling it.
