Lyft Business has added a new tool for corporate customers to track greenhouse gas emissions, the company announced Wednesday.
Corporate clients now can access a sustainability dashboard within the Lyft Business portal that displays the GHG emissions, measured in metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, their organization has generated through use of Lyft Business. They also can break down their emissions data by fuel type—gas, hybrid or electric vehicle—and program, such as by different office locations or departments, according to Lyft. The data can be downloaded via a CSV file.
Additionally, Lyft has committed to have 100 percent electric vehicles on its platform by the end of 2030, according to the company.
