The morning air is getting crisp, the leaves are turning amber and pumpkin spice lattes are flooding everyone’s Instagram feeds (alongside some carefully curated plaid photo shoots). This means it’s fall promo time at the world’s largest hotel company.

Marriott Bonvoy announced Wednesday the dates of its upcoming Fall Flash Sale, so travelers should be ready to book a weekend getaway for leaf-peeping and cider-sipping. From Sept. 25 through Sept. 29, Marriott Bonvoy members can get 20% off weekend bookings at participating hotels for stays from Sept. 30 through Nov. 11.

Nonmembers will get 15% off when they book during the same time parameters, but why not become a Marriott Bonvoy member? It’s free to join and can get you even cheaper weekend rates this fall.

Head to the Marriott Bonvoy Fall Flash Sale website here to get started on making plans for your fall retreat.

More than 6,000 Marriott-affiliated hotels are taking part in the sale. Marriott sees this as a way for Bonvoy members to experience fall-themed food and beverage experiences as well as outdoor adventures in some of the most idyllic hotels in its portfolio. Participating hotels range across a variety of brands. Options include:

  • Downright Austin, a Renaissance Hotel: Those heading to Austin this fall should look no further than this Renaissance-affiliated property overlooking the Texas State Capitol and downtown. Texas Longhorns fans will be happy to know it’s also just a short jaunt from the University of Texas at Austin’s football stadium.
  • The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection: This boutique hotel in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood is a Bonvoy favorite for its chic guest rooms. It’s a local favorite for its highly popular Lookout Rooftop cocktail bar. The hotel is next to the iconic Barking Crab seafood restaurant and hangout, which is just a nice little New England treat.
  • Trilith Guesthouse, Fayetteville, GA, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel: Head to this boutique hotel 20 miles south of Atlanta for a culinary getaway. Oliver’s Twist Bar & View, a European-style rooftop bar, is a popular hangout for an alfresco libation. Prologue Dining & Drinks keeps guests and locals alike well-fed with its creative spin on Southern cuisine (buffalo-fried artichokes, anyone?).
  • JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square: Location is the name of the game at JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square. It is walking distance from Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and the Financial District. While there’s plenty to do beyond the hotel, be sure to save room for a meal at Level III, known for its locally sourced menu and city views.
