Netherlands-based meetings management platform Meetingselect
has integrated with Travelport Plus to provide hotel content for its agency and
corporate customers, the company announced.
With the integration, Meetingselect users can see and
compare rates for hotel bookings associated with a meeting and event via rate
access codes, enabling users to “quickly and easily search, compare and
book the hotel rooms …they need,” according to Travelport Plus director of
business development Paul Broughton. Users can book up to nine guest rooms at a
time in Meetingselect through the Travelport integration, the company said,
without leaving the meetings booking environment.
Meetingselect, which reports more than 500,000 meetings and
event spaces on its booking platform, in recent years has acquired German
meetings distribution technology company MICE Access and hospitality
technology group Cyberigma.
