This cookie recipe isn’t particularly difficult. I truly think the most time consuming part of it is loading the cookie trays with unbaked cookies. My Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

2-1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda, leveled
½ teaspoons of salt
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon of sour cream
½ cups or one stick of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar (light or dark), firmly packed
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 large eggs
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (half of 12-oz. bag or the entire bag if you like more)

Sift together: flour, baking soda and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugars, sour cream, and vanilla until creamy.

Next, add the eggs one at a time and continuing beating to incorporate them into the sugar mixture before stirring in the chips.

Slowly start pouring in the flour, soda and salt into those creamed ingredients and beat to combine them.

Drop by rounded teaspoons or a small cookie scoop or small melon baller onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for about eight to 10 minutes, depending on how your oven is regulated.

ENJOY!
