Natasha Oakley on Routines, Enterprise and Confidence

Natasha Oakley probably doesn’t need an introduction but we’re going to give you one anyway.

She is an Australian super influencer with 3.6 million followers who co-founded ‘A Bikini A Day’ in 2012 with Devin Brugman, evolving it into a renowned marketing platform. Their success led to Monday Swimwear in 2014 and, in 2023, the launch of Monday Body, a branch of the brand for activewear and everyday essentials.

Natasha, a CEO, Model, Presenter, Designer, and now author, also heads The Pilates Class, a multi-million-dollar online fitness platform founded in 2020. Her diverse ventures showcase her entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, drive and positivity.

You may have already heard her episode on The HIM & HER Show and if you haven’t, it’s a must-listen. As well as exuding positivity (the good kind, not the annoying kind), being supremely well-spoken, and giving listeners the raw, real deal of what entrepreneurship actually looks like, she also takes us through her journey of starting businesses, relationships as a powerful, independent woman, the importance of wellness and what it means to scale.

In this blog post we’re sharing our top takeaways from the episode, Lauryn’s favorite Monday pieces (plus a special code for you to shop), her AM skincare favorites and more reasons to go listen to the full episode.

This episode is packed with value and Natasha talks about WHY she wrote her new book, Excessively Obsessed, even saying she’s hoping to dissuade people from making the leap into entrepreneurship if they aren’t ready. She even shares a code from Monday Body with you, but not to worry – we’re going to share it here too. Use code SKINNY for 20% off at Monday Body and get yourself Lauryn’s favorite pair of leggings and the most flattering sunglasses that look good on everyone.

Again, be sure to listen to hear why Tash loves her Happy brush, red light mask and ice rolling. Plus, you’ll find out what’s in her bag (you can also shop all the items here) .

Happy Listening.
