Midmarket-focused travel management company Adelman Travel has launched a new program that provides clients with a dedicated travel manager who will work to understand a company’s requirements, preferences and policies.
The program is customizable to a wide size range of clients, with the ability to provide 25 percent to 100 percent of the travel manager’s dedicated availability, according to Adelman.
Dubbed “Travel Management as a Service,” the program is provided through “a straightforward, flexible subscription-based pricing model,” Adelman said. It aims to optimize travel expenses for companies, tapping the network of Adelman parent company BCD Travel and using analytics and reporting tools to find opportunities for cost savings, negotiate supplier contracts and optimize travel budgets, the company said.
An Adelman spokesperson said more than 10 clients currently are using the program.
