Norse Atlantic Provides Fares to GDSs Through APG Partnership

Long-haul low-cost carrier Norse Atlantic Airways has partnered with air distributor Air Promotion Group to make its flights available through global distribution systems, the companies announced.

The agreement distributes Norse Atlantic content through the APG Interline E-Ticketing system to “all major GDS platforms worldwide”—including Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport—with flights displayed under the A1 code via a “pseudo codeshare agreement,” the companies said. The airline’s content also is available in APG Connect, APG’s B-to-B platform, for agencies to book.

“The integration of their flights into our IET platform will significantly enhance their global distribution, empowering [International Air Transport Association] and non-IATA travel agents and customers worldwide to book Norse flights with ease,” APG IET executive product director Ophélie Cherdrong said in a statement.
