The penultimate day in Manila served as a treat for thousands of spectators as the world no. 2 Italians were led by Yuri Romano’s 22 points which stood on 16 attacks, three blocks, and three aces, improving to 9-3.

On the other hand, Yuki Ishikawa carded 21 points on 17 attacks, three blocks, and an ace as Japan remained on top of the standings at 10-1.
