The Kia Sportage is the best-selling vehicle in Moldova in March.
Data by our Central European market data partner CE Auto shows a Moldovan new car market surging 64.3% year-on-year in March to 672 units. The year-to-date tally is now up 32.8% to 1,709. The podium remains unchanged on last month, with the Kia Sportage (+3550%!), Dacia Duster (+230%) and Skoda Kodiaq (+9.4%) in the lead. The Peugeot 3008 is up three spots on February to #4 and the Suzuki Vitara (-41.7%), leader a year ago, makes it 5 SUVs in the Top 5. Note that in the year-to-date charts, there are six SUVs in the Top 6 (add the Skoda Karoq). The Toyota RAV4, #2 over the Full Year 2022, is back up to #8 for the month but remains outside the YTD Top 10.
