Equipment: weighted objects (dumbbells, water bottles, jugs or other), optional chair back or wall, optional wrist/ankle weights
Format: Follow along with Coach Angela in the video for more coaching direction. Perform each 3:00 round as directed. Perform 1:00 strength move between 3:00 rounds.
Round 1:
- 3:00 Pop squat to cross punch
- 1:00: Alternating reverse lunges
Round 2
- 3:00: Jab + Elbow, Jab-Cross-Jab-Elbow, each side
- 1:00 Squat to press
Round 3
- 3:00 Round kicks R/L; progress to squat alternating round kicks
- 1:00 Leg raises
Round 4:
- 3:00: Knee strikes, Shin Kicks, Jumping Shin Kicks
1:00 Goblet squats
