Reed & Mackay has hired former Ovation Travel Group executive Jennifer Achim as SVP of U.S. sales and marketing, furthering its growth strategy for the region, the travel management company announced.
Achim’s role is a newly created position at Reed & Mackay, and Achim will be leading sales and marketing teams to win new clients in the United States. She will work from the TMC’s New York and Philadelphia offices and report to North America CEO John Keichline.
Achim worked with Ovation Travel and its Lawyers Travel brand for 25 years, most recently as SVP of marketing. In a statement, Keichline said her “deep understanding of the legal, financial and professional service industries means she truly grasps what our clients need” and that “her extensive experience in global business travel will help us drive growth in the U.S. market.”
Reed & Mackay has been boosting its footprint and staff in the U.S. and Canada, including the recent hire of North America operation managing director Isabel Torres who, like Achim, came to the TMC following a long stint with Ovation and Lawyers Travel.
