Riyadh Air will deploy Sabre’s SabreMosaic product to become the “first carrier to operate on offer- and order-based technology across the entire retail spectrum from its first day of operations in 2025,” Sabre announced Thursday.
Sabre in May announced the new SabreMosaic platform, which includes 10 product suites. Riyadh Air will deploy SabreMosaic’s Air Price IQ, Ancillary IQ, Bundle IQ and Upgrade IQ to generate and manage dynamic offers, according to Sabre. The carrier also will use SabreMosaic Continuous Pricing Optimizer for “true continuous pricing, making it the first airline in the world to operate without traditional fare filing and booking classes in the direct channel.”
These technology choices will enable Riyadh Air to offer customized travel options and tailored experiences to customers while optimizing revenue, Sabre said.
The technology is powered by Sabre Travel AI and uses Google’s AI and machine learning toolkit and “enhances offer construction with smart customer segmentation and intelligent bundling,” according to Sabre.
