The first hot sauce was from J’s Small Batch with their La Pistola. This is a fruity and mild hot habanero sauce with a smokiness to the spices, which was delicious on my scrambled eggs. Next time, I will be pouring this on my pizza or burger.

This was a medium heat one with lots of onion and spicy sweet vegetable flavor that is wonderful on pizza when I sampled it for the first time. The intense onion flavor was delicious with how it came through and worked its spices and other ingredients to give this sauce something extra. This was one sauce that can go with a variety of dishes or into your recipes.
The third sauce was Baldr’s Bane that has a green mild heat from Halogi Hot Sauce. This one was fresh, vibrant and possessed a delightful green flavor and spice. It was good on my chicken, but next time this is going on my tacos. I think it would be a great addition to any Mexican dish.
