The Hyundai Bayon lodges its first ever Serbian Top 10 finish, landing directly at #2.
2,783 new cars found buyer in Serbia in August according to our Central European partner CE Auto. That’s a 12.9% year-on-year improvement leading to a year-to-date tally up 3.2% to 20,809. The Skoda Scala (+208%) triples its sales year-on-year to score its first ever win in Serbia with 5.5% share vs. 3.2% year-to-date where it ranks #2. The Hyundai Bayon breaks into the Serbian Top 10 for the first time, landing directly at #2 with 4.5% share. It distances the Skoda Fabia (+137.2%), Skoda Octavia (-7.8%) – still #1 year-to-date – and Citroen C3 (+41.9%). The Renault Clio (#6), Hyundai Tucson (#8) and Dacia Sandero (#9) return inside the Top 10.
