Spotnana has established a direct integration with British Airways, including access to New Distribution Capability offers and automated servicing capabilities, the company announced.
The integration lets users access a wider range of fare options and an expanded selection of ancillary products, including seating options, and avoid BA’s distribution surcharges, according to Spotnana VP of commercials and content Bill Brindle. It also includes “new fully automated, self-service disruption management capabilities for schedule changes and the ability for travelers to seamlessly cancel or rebook via a single click when a trip is disrupted,” Brindle said.
In addition, the integration includes the ability to contact BA directly, with any adjustments made directly with the airline synchronized to a traveler’s trip record with Spotnana, he said.
