Spotnana has integrated with traveler security firm International SOS to provide real-time booking and trip modification data for traveler tracking. The integration supports both traditional EDIFACT and New Distribution Capability bookings, exchanges and cancellations, making Spotnana the first company to provide NDC booking data with modifications “in a comprehensive data feed” that “ensures International SOS clients have timely and accurate data to support traveler locations,” according to ISOS Americas Assistance CEO Jarrett Michau. The feed is a “single global consistent feed,” not a different feed by country, Spotnana VP of partnerships Johnny Thorsen said.
