Here we have another comprehensive travel guide from Michael Bosstick himself.
He really has a knack for researching and planning trips. Whether it’s a solo trip with Lauryn, a group vacation with friends or a family getaway, he always knows where to go and what to do.
Their most recent trip to St. Barths was one for the books, and so was the time before that. So if you’re heading there soon and looking for some prime patios, beachfront cocktails and amazing food, keep reading. We’re going to lay it all out with Lauryn’s notes on why she loved it, and what to order.
St. Barths Travel Guide
Get the spaghetti, it’s perfect.
Go to the restaurant and get the grilled octopus, the feta/honey/goat cheese dish, my god, and the hamburger. Drinks are 10/10. And go to the little store for charming, little gifts. Swim in the water & get a day bed.
This is very nostalgic. It has a Trader Vic’s feel. Everything feels almost tropical but mixed with French vibes. The drinks are delicious and gorgeous. I got a delicious steak.
Stunning hotel with the ideal beach restaurant. I got the club sandwich and a glass of chilled rosé- immaculate.
Good sushi. This was my least favorite BUT the sushi is fresh. This place is known for the best Asian food in St. Barths.
One of my favorite beach restaurants. It turns into a party after you eat. Like dancing on the table energy.
A blast for dinner with a big group. Their dessert is wild, it covers the whole table like an interactive dessert. Go shopping around the town before and get a cocktail by the little shops, then go here.
The best food, best party, best drinks. get lots of champagne, their housemade pasta, and an affogado for sure. THE ENERGY IS AMAZING.
An alright dinner spot, food is ok. Didn’t love it but fine if you’re close by.
If you want a party day, this is your spot.
Some of the best food. Get the kale salad, spaghetti, and the burger. YUM. Also, tennis at Eden Roc is so fun with a group. Pop some champagne and play tennis, get a coach or don’t. This was one of my favorite parts of the trip.
Margaritas in their cute bear glasses is the move.
We celebrated Michael’s birthday here for 5th time. Bryony and I got the salmon dish and had a delicious red wine.
A tiny hole in the wall with the best crèpes I have ever tasted. The burger is apparently the best burger in St. Barths according to Bryony. DO NOT MISS THIS charming spot. My kids went wild for the Nutella/strawberry perfectly warm crèpes.
