A free REI vacation never tasted so good. Clif Bar just launched a summer sweepstakes with the chance to win thousands of prizes. That includes two grand prizes of an all-expenses-paid REI Co-op Adventure Travel trip. Launched on July 30, the sweepstakes only requires the purchase of any Clif Bar multi-pack.
The event — called Take a Trip with Clif Instant Win & Sweepstakes — will hopefully motivate more people to get outside, the brand said (presumably while eating these popular food bars aimed at outdoor athletes).
Two grand prize winners will get a guided trip of their choice with REI Adventures. Options include 150 different multiday excursions across the U.S., such as backpacking in Yosemite, kayaking the San Juan Islands, and mountain biking the Rainbow Rim Trail at the Grand Canyon.
These trips, led by expert REI guides, range from weekend getaways to week-long experiences, catering to different fitness levels and interests. There are even trips co-designed by Outdoor Afro for an infusion of Black history and culture.
However, Clif Bar lovers can also cross their fingers for the “daily instant win prizes.” That basically means cool outdoor gear, like GPS watches, four-person tents, daypacks, or branded gear like Clif Bar water bottles and totes.
Consumers can enter the sweepstakes until October 1, 2024.
Just upload a receipt showing the purchase of a Clif Bar multi-pack on the website. You can also register without a purchase by registering for free on the contest page. Instant win prize notifications will be sent within 24-48 hours, while grand prize winners will be contacted after the entry period ends.
