Software and business tool provider Zoho Corp. soon will launch a spend management solution that includes travel spend management, the company announced.
Zoho already provides more than 55 products for business management, including customer relationship management, accounting and email, Zoho head of project management for its finance and operations suite Prashant Ganti said. The new offering, Zoho Spend, will “provide a holistic view of all spend of an organization” and “brings together travel, procurement, accounts payable automation and payroll in one truth, along with AI-infused spend analytics,” he said.
It will include an online booking tool for employees to book and manage travel and enable companies to set spending limits and apply policy to bookings, Ganti said. Accounts payable automation in the solution is customizable and routes invoices through approval workflows so payments are automatically done, he said.
Ganti added that all of Zoho’s applications are “organically crafted,” not developed from acquisitions, and they are all able to work in tandem.
“These are not just disconnected applications,” he said. “They are all built on the same data platform.”
The spend management software will be launched in the fall, according to Zoho.
