It’s no secret that some of the best beauty devices also come with a high price tag. And, while some are certainly worth the splurge, it’s always nice when we score them on sale. The NuFACE at-home microcurrent device, which is loved by celebrities such as Bella Hadid, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, and Miranda Kerr, now comes in a larger size designed to sculpt the body—and it’s secretly on sale from now until June 30.
How to Score the NuBODY by NuFACE on Sale
NuBODY by NuFACE Skin Toning Device with 10-oz Aqua Ge — $245.00
Originally $379, now $245 (or 5 installments of $49)
With all of its amazing technology and skin-care benefits, the NuBODY is definitely an investment. However, you can get $134 off the NuBODY Skin Toning Device and a 10-ounce bottle of the brand’s Aqua Gel (which conducts the microcurrent into the skin) when you purchase the bundle on QVC. And, since it’s QVC, you don’t have to pay the full $245 upfront, either. Instead, you can get the beauty device for five installments of $49, which we (and our wallets) love.
On QVC, this bundle normally retails for $379, however, it’s actually $399 at stores like Nordstrom and Sephora, making this the best NuBODY by NuFACE deal online.
What are the benefits of NuBODY?
Similar to the brand’s coveted NuFACE, the NuBODY is an FDA-approved at-home microcurrent device that is clinically proven to firm, tone, and smooth the arms, abs, booty, and thighs. “NuBODY is three times stronger than our facial devices,” NuFACE co-founder Tera Peterson tells Well+Good. “We can use this on our body because the skin on our body is thicker and the muscles are larger,” she explains, noting that it’s designed to not only lift and firm the skin but also to improve circulation, too.
Can you use microcurrent on cellulite?
With its ability to firm the skin, you might be wondering if the NuBODY by NuFACE can smooth out stubborn (yet totally normal, FYI) cellulite. According to Dr. Jeannette Graf, a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mt Sinai School of Medicine, microcurrent devices in general can improve the appearance of cellulite and tone sagging skin. “The NuBODY can help with the appearance of cellulite, but it probably won’t remove all of it,” Dr. Graf explains. “Depending on how much cellulite someone has and their genetic predisposition, it can vary on how effective the NuBODY device is at removing cellulite, but it is usually effective at tightening and firming skin, which can improve the appearance of dimpled skin,” she adds.
How often should you use the NuBODY for results?
While the NuBODY boasts lots of benefits that perk up the skin and can result in a firmer and more sculpted appearance in minutes (we’re not being hyperbolic here), it’s only as good as how often you use it. And, as with any beauty device, consistency is key. “I recommend using NuBODY for five minutes a day, five days a week on each treatment area for the first 60 days,” says Peterson. After the initial 60 days, Peterson explains that anywhere from two to three days per week is enough to maintain the benefits over time.
When using the device, Peterson recommends always lifting and gliding upwards and holding the NuBODY on stubborn areas for two to three beeps.
