1/4 cup of canola oil
1/3 cup of mashed ripe banana (about 1 small)
1 unbeaten large egg
1/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
Lemon Glaze
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup of sifted confectioners’ sugar
