The right way to Make Wholesome and Moist Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Banana bread is delicious and a great way to use overly ripe bananas. However, peanut butter and a healthy oil to this banana bread recipe produce an incredible and moist loaf with a yummy underlying nutty twist. If you want to taste sensational nut-flavored banana bread, then let me tell you how to make it is also easy.

Canola oil in this recipe guarantee banana bread with a safer healthy form of fat to avoid the trans fat and saturated fat associated with shortening that is made with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil that can cause heart disease and butter with more saturated fat.

In addition, there is no sodium from salt in this healthy peanut butter banana bread. Of course, the only sodium in this recipe results from the baking powder and baking soda. Nonetheless, you can buy sodium free baking powder or a low-sodium baking powder as well as baking soda to reduce the content further.

For those that have a peanut allergy, you can always replace the peanut butter. According to the Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy, the proteins in tree nuts such as cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachio or cashews are different from the ones from peanuts that are legumes with peanut allergens. Therefore, you always have the option of using an alternative nut butter as a substitute.

Put my banana loaf with peanut butter to the test and I know that you’re going to love it. If you do decide to use my recipe, please share it with your family and friends.
