The Toyota Yaris is the best-selling vehicle in Cyprus in November.
Our local partners SEMO Cyprus and INNOSOFT have the Cyprus new car market up a fantastic 30.1% year-on-year in November to 1,244 units. This means the year-to-date tally is now up 28.9% to 13,989. Toyota (+112%) repeats at #1 with a very strong 18.4% share vs. 12.5% so far this year. However Kia (+16.2%) remains the most popular year-to-date with 18% share. Hyundai (+226.1%) climbs to 12.1% share vs. 8.2% year-to-date, with Nissan (+219.2%), Mini (+223.8%) and MG (+1500%) also posting extravagant gains. It is the first time MG ranks inside the Cyprus Top 10 at #7.
Over in the models aisle, the Toyota Yaris (+302.4%) reclaims the top spot it holds year-to-date with a stellar 13.6% share, more than double its YTD level (6.1%). The Hyundai Tucson (+251.9%) stays in 2nd place above the Kia Ceed (+143.6%) and Sportage (+236.4%). #1 last month, the Mini Countryman drops to #5 in November, distancing the Nissan Qashqai (+164.7%) and Toyota RAV4 (+170%). The VW T-Cross (+320%), Nissan Juke (+266.7%) and Hyundai Kona (+144.4%) also impress below.
