Travelocity founder and former CEO Terry Jones has joined travel risk and safety assessment technology provider GeoSure as a special senior advisor and partner, the company announced. Jones, who also has served as Sabre’s CIO and chairman of Kayak.com, will advise GeoSure’s management team on growth and acquisition strategy as well as execution of AI and machine-learning capabilities, according to GeoSure. He will help “accelerate GeoSure’s growth across several sectors including hotels, meetings and events, enterprise and consumer experiences,” GeoSure CEO Michael Becker said in a statement.
