United Airlines last week opened a new United Club at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, according to the carrier. The new 17,000-sq.-ft. space is located in Terminal 1 near gate C10.
The club includes more than 400 seats of varying types—recliners, couches and chairs—and is double the size of the previous club, according to United. Visitors can self-scan at e-gates to enter the space, and Agent on Demand kiosks allow customers to video chat, text or call a customer service representative. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi also is available.
The Chicago club is the first of multiple clubs United plans to open in 2023, according to the carrier.
