Volkswagen Australia has locked in national drive-away pricing for the entire T-Roc range that will run until the end of the year.
The company has released range-wide national drive-away pricing just a few months after announcing it only for the flagship T-Roc R.
The 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc range now starts at $36,990 drive-away for the recently introduced CityLife entry variant, and extends to $64,990 drive-away for the T-Roc R. A full price list is at the bottom of this story.
Although this T-Roc national drive-away pricing offer is until December 31 this year, a Volkswagen Australia spokesperson said it may be extended.
The T-Roc CityLife forms as a new entry-level variant to the small SUV range. It’s technically a special-edition model, much like the Tiguan Allspace Adventure from earlier this year.
Local examples of the Volkswagen T-Roc CityLife started arriving at local dealers on September 1 and the variant will continue to be offered into 2024.
Volkswagen Australia has indicated around 1500 examples of the T-Roc CityLife will be coming to Australia, with the company looking to expand on this number. A Volkswagen Australia spokesperson said “supply won’t be a problem”.
In addition, Volkswagen Australia has confirmed the allocation of the T-Roc R Grid Edition is “all but exhausted”.
This cut-price version of the full-fat T-Roc R launched locally in March this year and is priced from $54,300 before on-roads. It’s still powered by the same 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 221kW of power and 400Nm of torque.
The T-Roc R Grid Edition lost some luxury and safety equipment that was impacted by semiconductor-related delays, but picked up some unique sporty appointments.
As previously reported, both the T-Roc Style and T-Roc R-Line have now regained blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert as standard. They both also score additional features previously reserved for option packages.
The T-Roc Style gains satellite navigation, voice control, as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for its 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It also subs in the 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Pro digital instrument cluster to replace the outgoing model’s basic 8.0-inch display.
This equipment was previously part of the $2050 Sound & Vision Package. As a result of the above changes, the T-Roc Style’s price went up by $1790 to $38,890 before on-roads.
The T-Roc R-Line, on the other hand, gains Nappa leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory as standard.
These features were previously part of the $3950 Luxury Package. The T-Roc R-Line’s price went up by $1890 to $47,090 before on-roads.
The 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc range is priced as follows:
- 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc CityLife: $35,990 ($36,990 D/A)
- 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc Style: $38,890 ($41,990 D/A)
- 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc R-Line: $47,090 ($51,990 D/A)
- 2024 Volkswagen T-Roc R: $61,990 ($64,990 D/A)
All pricing is before on-road costs, unless specified otherwise.
