WestJet to Add 4 New U.S. Routes


WestJet for its summer 2024 schedule will add four new U.S. routes, the carrier announced Tuesday. The new service includes flights between Edmonton and each Atlanta, Nashville and San Francisco, as well as service between Vancouver and Detroit.

Daily Detroit service begins April 28. Daily Atlanta service begins April 29 and will be year-round. Nashville service begins May and will operate two times weekly, while San Francisco service will begin June 20, operating five times weekly.

WestJet is adding Atlanta and Detroit for additional connections through its codeshare partner Delta Air Lines, which uses the cities as hubs. Customers to Detroit will have access to more than 70 transborder destinations, while those to Atlanta will have access to more than 100 U.S. destinations.
