Private aviation provider Wheels Up has named Meaghan Wells its new EVP of enterprise planning and strategy, effective Nov. 4, the company announced Tuesday.
A source indicated the position was a new one for Wheels Up and that Wells will report to CEO George Mattson. She will head the company’s enterprise planning, fleet and corporate strategy, corporate development and commercial partnerships, according to the company.
Wells most recently was CFO at TF Holding, according to her LinkedIn profile. She also previously worked as chief investment officer for Vista Global and VP of finance for VistaJet International.
Wheels Up said Wells’ “experience in strategic planning, corporate development, capital raising, investor relations and commercial partnerships has assisted in transforming businesses into leaders within their industries.”
