Zastava USA M77 Battleworn – .308 AK Gets a Classic Look
The M77 entered the US market last year with great reviews. Sporting a modern look with an adjustable rear stock, Tangodown grip, and polymer hand guards – the M77 chambered in .308 was met with rave reviews and quickly became popular as full power AK pattern rifles have been virtually absent in the US market for a number of years.
While a modern equipped rifle does offer improved ergonomics, there are plenty of customers that will still prefer a more traditional look. When I got a chance to look at an M77 with wood furniture at the Zastava booth, I understood why. This is an absolutely beautiful rifle, and I will be hard-pressed not to add one to my collection.
